New building: Gaming Arena. A place for esports and gaming events.
We added a tree-variant picker: Instead of having random trees when you place them, you can now choose the exact variant you want to place. The random-tree placer is still the default.
Demand points balance: We tweaked the amount of demand points you get to 20 per month when occupancy is >20% and 80 points when occupancy is >80% … this allows for faster city building when people are moving in fast.
