- New fiscal policy: Minimum wage
- Default minimum wage for new and previous-version cities is $2400 monthly pre-tax
- Minimum wage forces the firms to hire for at least that amount
- Citizens will not take on jobs that are much lower to the average cost of living
- Companies will freeze hiring if minimum wage doesn’t make a profit for the firm
- Added average cost of living in the city to the Stats panel
- Also added the average salary to the Stats panel
