We are introducing approval ratings: A score from 0 to 100% that represents the public opinion of your work. Each game-month citizens are surveyed and asked about if they support you or not.
- A < 50% disapproval rate means you are unpopular, and if an election would be held at that moment you’d lose.
- The new
Surveytool allows you to check on real time your approval rating. - There is also a breakdown of the six aspects that affect your approval ratings: Shelter, Occupation, Safety, Basic Needs, Parks, Healthcare
- This replaces the old ‘happiness index’ mechanic
