Steam overlay now can be shown on the title screen. Before this it only worked once you loaded a city.
New Steam launch option: –out-of-process-gpu. Some Windows 11 machines crash on launch because the GPU runs inside the main process. This flag moves it to a separate process so a GPU crash doesn’t take down the whole game.
The game server now shuts itself down if the main process dies. Before this, force-quitting from Task Manager left an orphan server process running in the background.
