New language: Simplified Chinese. Still in beta but fully playable.
Buildings under construction now show a nicer scaffold that grows floor by floor as construction progresses.
The toolbox now tells you when you can’t afford a building. If you don’t have enough funds or demand points it grays out and shows why.
Clicking the demand icons in the top bar opens the stats panel to the relevant occupancy chart. Same for the approval icon which opens the happiness chart.
Demand point tooltips reworked. They now explain the two-tier replenishment system. Above 80% occupancy you get 25 points per month. Above 20% you get 10. Below 20% it halts.
Camera tilt is easier to use. In WASD mode the arrow keys tilt up and down directly. No more Ctrl+Shift combo needed. In arrow-keys mode W and S now tilt the camera too.
School stat renamed from “School Capacity Rate” to “School Occupancy”. It now shows the percentage of seats filled instead of the percentage empty. Way more intuitive.
Stats panel updates live. When a new month arrives the charts refresh in the background without needing to close and reopen.
Cosmo Tower now has a construction cost ($30M) and a boosted tourism aura (20 points).
Fixed a bug with Gift redemption where if placement failed after the gift was used it was gone forever.
Fixed a bug where sometimes buildings weren’t up to date when switching focus away from the game window and back.
Unemployed citizens now post on LockedIn looking for work.
Updated sounds and sound mix.
OpenGL backend flag (–opengl) added for Windows players on AMD integrated GPUs that crash with D3D11.
