Version 1.7.5

Bug fixes and polish. Mostly things that were broken or annoying after the big 1.7.4 release.

• Fullscreen toggle checkbox now works properly in Windows.
• Fixed issues with cursor disappearing on some graphics adapters in Windows.
• Toolbox submenu closes when you click on a building on the map. Less clutter on screen.
• Shadow acne fix. Some buildings had thin dark lines flickering on their surfaces depending on the sun angle.
• Fixed a database handling issue that was crashing some cities.
